What You Need To Know About CBD Gummies

When it comes to medical marijuana, there are not a whole lot of people who consider CBD to be their top tier pick. Afterall, what’s the point in consuming a cannabis product if it does not even get you high? Well, there are actually numerous health benefits that are associated with CBD, and there is a surprising amount of benefits packed into those little gummies. CBD gummies are a great option for a whole variety of reasons, and you may not be aware of all the features that CBD gummies have to offer.

The great thing about CBD gummies is that they are a hemp-derived product and have 0.3% or less THC - this means that CBD is now federally legal in the United States! I hope that we can see the same thing happen with THC heavy marijuana products, but we can at least celebrate the small victories at the moment. The good news right now is that people without a medical marijuana card can buy CBD gummies without a hitch and start feeling the benefits of cannabis for themselves. I wrote another article yesterday about how to tell if you are buying real medical grade CBD or some cheap knock off, and I highly suggest reading that! There are small differences between the fakes and the real things, and it is important that you can tell the difference between the two. So if you are wondering about CBD, we have some great information in the paragraphs below that should help you come to a decision about which ones you want to buy.

The first thing I need to tell you about CBD gummies is that they taste amazing. If you are into candy in general, then CBD gummies are going to be right up your alley. Honestly, it’s amazing what we can do in this day and age when it comes to making things taste good. In the older days of edible cannabis and hemp products, CBD gummies had a gross medicinal taste that did not leave a great taste in the mouth. Who wants to take medicine and have it taste bad? Not me.

Nowadays, CBD gummies taste just like any other real candy and don't taste anything like cannabis. In fact, it doesn’t even smell like cannabis either. If you open up a bag of CBD gummies, you don’t have to worry about making everyone and everything around you smell like weed - instead, you can smell the nice sweet smell of candy. This is great for people who are trying to experience the benefits of CBD secretly and quietly. Some people who have tried CBD oil for the health benefits will admit that they absolutely hate the taste. On the other hand, you can try CBD gummies for a great taste with all the benefits. You don’t even have to worry about a gross aftertaste either.

The other thing that you need to know about CBD gummies is that they can help with inflammation. Many people who use CBD and even rely on it are people suffering from chronic diseases and pain caused by inflammation. When most of us think of inflammation, we think of swollen skin on the outside of the body. In actuality, inflammation can occur on a cellular level and can cause extreme discomfort for the patient. That is why using CBD gummies as a way to treat inflammation is becoming more and more popular with time. Because of our current diet in these modern times, many of us are subject to a whole host of chemicals and preservatives in our food that we are not even aware of. This can cause inflammation and other problems in our body.

All about HHC

If you’re someone who uses THC products, you’re probably familiar with this, but you may not be familiar with the more obscure kinds of cannabinoids that are in this, including HCC.  This is found in small amounts, but if you’ve been curious about the contents of cannabis, then you’ll be able to find all of this out. Here, we’ll go over just what this is, and also, what HHC can do for your body.

What HHC Is

If you’re curious about HHC, then you’re in for a treat. HHC stands for hexahydro cannabinol and is basically hydrogenated amounts of both delta 9 and delta 8 variants of THC. This is basically cannabis that’s exposed to higher amounts of hydrogen, and then, it alters the overall makeup, turning the THC into this.

In a way that we use oil hydrogenated in order to create margarine, this is basically THC, but like the not-butter type of version.

This is something that’s been in place since the 1940s, but only recently got traction as more and more look for cannabinoids that are somewhat legal. This was coined and created in 1944, by a guy named Roger Adams, who was an organic chemist that created THC, and from there, cultivated out, and then, created the CBD from this.

While this was outlawed back in 1937 by the marijuana tax act, he was able to study cannabis legally, and he also found platinum m dioxide too, and this was also found through hydrogenation.

While we do have cannabinoids that are still being studied, this is one that does happen over time through the breakdown of THC, and it also creates chemicals such as CBN.

They are psychoactive, but they’re not going to be as very reactive when you compare this directly to THC as well. This is found in very small amounts, but it’s also hydrogenated from hemp in order to create this.

Why the Extra Hydrogen Counts

The main differing factor between both of these, is the atoms of hydrogen that are in there. it’s not much, but they offer benefits that do improve, and sometimes offer benefits that are better than regular THC.

This extra amount of hydrogen also does increase the affinity of HHC to your CB1 and 2 receptors within the body, along with the pain receptors. These offer different types of processes for the body.

What this means is that it can actually help with multiple amounts of relief of pain, improving the support and appetite that you want to have, and causing feelings of euphoria that come with this. It also creates a more stabilized HHC sort of state, which means that it won't risk oxidation as much.  THC can oxidize quite fast, and that can decrease the effectiveness of that. It also has a very stable element to it, and it will not go bad.  This is something that also differs from even CBN and others, because they do go bad. Essentially, HHC is a type of isomer, and it can help with this.

The high you get

You will still get high with HHC, but it’s much more subtle. And it also usually has a higher affinity for both of these receptors. Usually, the high that this creates is euphoric, relaxing, manages pain, and it treats anxiety too.

It’s basically 80% of the power of regular THC, without having some of the risk of breaking down that THC normally deals with over time.

If you’ve been curious about HHC, it’s worth checking out and trying today, if you’re able to find a source that’s good, reputable, and gives you what you need.
